Structure
1. Material of the whole machine: The inner and outer boxes are made of pp acid and alkali resistant material and treated with insulation foaming
a. Glass rotor flowmeter: Precisely controlled by corrosion-resistant material
b. Relevant sealing joints and hardware :pp+ Teflon + titanium alloy +316L stainless steel
C. Chamber door material: 12mm tempered glass

2. Waste disposal system
A. It adopts a 40W high-volume air intake fan made in Taiwan and is equipped with an electric ball valve switch for conversion. Enable the waste gas inside the box to be discharged quickly.
B. Large-diameter spray pipes, combined with R20 and filter cotton, can filter over 90% of the waste gas
3. Heating system: Corrosion-resistant titanium alloy electric heating tubes. Prevent corrosion from all acidic and alkaline solutions
4. Temperature sensing system: Titanium alloy PT100 sensor is adopted
5. Airway system:
a. The entire machine is equipped with PTFE corrosion-resistant pipes and pipes
6. Control System:
The control system adopts a P.I.D controller for simultaneous temperature control
